AMG wanted to increase transaction speed to improve the customer journey, boost order turnover, and ultimately reduce wait times. Today, 96% of devices installed at AMG are all-in-one mobile EPOS payment terminals, operating on a one device one operator basis. This enables venues to deliver fast, personal, one-to-one service across the full range of card payments. The handheld solution also gives AMG the flexibility to deploy service points anywhere in their venues, supporting a wide variety of events including Live Music, Comedy, Sport, and Corporate functions.
In addition, Kappture’s reporting capabilities, combined with a number of bespoke developments for AMG, now provide streamlined financial reporting, detailed operator sales analytics, and real-time dashboard views across all sites.
